Custom words and puzzle titles
The puzzle generator processes your words and titles on your device, inside your browser. This application does not upload them to a puzzle server. We do not store your lists in a database or send them to an AI service.
Your custom words are not added to shared URLs. Reloading or leaving the page can clear your work, so print or save a PDF if you want to keep a puzzle.
Accounts, cookies, and storage
The puzzle application has no registration or account system. It does not set application cookies or use browser storage to keep your custom word lists. Hosting access controls may operate separately from the puzzle application.
Website hosting
When you visit a website, your browser requests its pages and files from the hosting service. The host may process technical information such as your IP address, the requested address, browser details, and request timing to deliver and protect the website. Access controls and technical records are managed by the hosting provider.
The site’s own code does not send your puzzle words with these requests. Fonts, icons, and the puzzle application do not depend on advertising or analytics services.
Advertising and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. When a page loads, a small script from Cloudflare sends the page address, the referring page, browser and device type, and page-loading performance measurements to Cloudflare. Cloudflare may derive an approximate country from the request. The script does not set cookies or use browser storage, and Cloudflare states that it discards the IP address instead of storing it. The analytics script does not receive your custom words or puzzle titles; they are never part of the page address. No advertising or Google AdSense scripts are enabled. If advertising is added in the future, this page will be updated before it is activated.
Printing and saving
Printing and saving as PDF use your browser’s print dialog. The document goes to the printer or save destination you choose. Room for Puzzles does not receive the resulting print job or PDF.
Information you enter
You can use ordinary vocabulary, place names, or a theme of your own. The tools do not request health information or participant records. Keep any saved or printed documents in a place appropriate for their contents.
